I'm looking for some information, such as ethnic origin, meaning, pronunciation (is it "eel-YAYNA"?) and popularity, on the female name Ilyena. I ran a search on Yahoo and didn't come up with any pertinent information, just personal web pages. I think perhaps it may be of Russian origin, but I'm not for sure.
