Margaux looks fussy spelled this way. Lilah Margot or Lilah Margo would look better in my opinion. Also, I think Megan and Margo are both variants of Margaret, rather than Margaux being a form of both. Not that it matters too much, but I think Lilah Margaret would be more "honoring" if that makes sense.

Lilah Genevieve is my least favorite of your combos, plus I prefer that your others honor someone.
Lilah Margaux Cecily is a mouthful but the right kid could pull it off!
