Help[Opinions] Dylan vs. Rhys
Which do you like best for a boy? I really can't decide - I love them both! Or should I just go with something completely different like Owain, Tristan, Gareth, Emlyn, Iolo, Taliesin or Gavin? All of which I really like too.

My vote definitely goes to Dylan...100%. It's one of my faves.
Rhys, on the other hand, I see more of as a girls' name, but with the sp. Reese. If I had to use it for a boy, I'd go with the sp. Rhys because it looks far more masculine imo, but even still, the name itself, is girl to me...one of my faves in fact, when sp. Reese.

Rhys is a great name. I definitely prefer it to Dylan. Dylan is overused and is just nms. Out of the others, I like Gavin (despite its popularity ) and Owain. Gareth is interesting, but the "th" sound at the end makes it sound off to me. Taliesin would be a nice middle name. I don't think that I would use it as a first name due to pronunciation and spelling issues.

It's completely counter-intuitive for pronunciation. Rhys makes sense; Rice doesn't.

I'd like the name Rice said like rice, if it wasn't for the food. As it is now it'd be pretty hard to sneak it past people.

Not always (it's also pronounced r-eye-ce, like rice that you eat) but 'reese' is an acceptable way to pronounce it too.

Guess I do have a somewhat "mythological" taste in names, lol. I just like names that are connected to legends and such and want to name my future son something along those lines. Don't worry, I do like other names too. =)

I like both Dylan and Rhys, but I think I'd have to go with Dylan. But, now that I look at your other list, I like Tristan best out of all of them.
People, in general, would rather die than forgive. It's that hard. If God said in plain language, "I'm giving you a choice, forgive or die," a lot of people would just go ahead and order their coffin.
