this is one I don't mind. I think it sounds rather snappy, and since my first thought was Tennessee Williams, I can see it as a name.
It also probably helps that I know a rather smart, funny, attractive boy from Tennessee. So I think of him, too. ;-)
I could see it as a masculine or feminine name, really. Either's good.
