I love the name Maile, it's so feminine and pretty. Maile is my fave spelling. The combos I like are:

I agree with the other, I like Miley Paige. Miley Grace also.

I really like this name, however, I don't care for how the Mi- spellings look. I would stick with the traditional or go with an MY- spelling.

I like the spellings Maile, Miley & Mylie. Mailey makes me want to say MAY-lee instead though.

I went to grade school with a girl named Maile, pronounced MY-lee so it looks normal to me. Her family was from Hawaii. I would stick with the traditional spelling.

I'm not familiar with the name, so my first impression would be to pronounce it almost like Mail, or May-lee. For the correct pronounciation, I'd go with Miley, Myley, Mylee, Mylie, or Milee, but I don't like these, either.

WHen I saw Maile I thought it would be pronounced differently (something like MAY-lee), so for the pronunciation MY-lee, I'd definately go with Miley.

I like Miley Paige best (btw especially Maile Paige would give pronunciation difficulties imo). From the others I think Miley Kate also have a nice flow, but the other combos not so much.
