I think Lucy is a very sweet, feminine name that will age well. It's adorable for a little girl, but is also grown-up sounding for a young lady & grown woman. I really like it!
If I were to use it, it'd definitely be on its own. I think it's formal enough with a full name. Lucille seems very dated to me. Lucia & Luciana aren't my style.
Lucy Ophelia is a pretty combination! Lucy Adelaide is nice, though Adelaide isn't really my style.
Lilah, Sebastian, & Lucy make a cute sib set imo. I voted for this set in your poll :-)
