Marie-Segolene is beyond chic. I don't even have a category for it.
Segolene Mathilde is wonderful, as are the other suggestions for little Seggie. [I heard that groan. Nns Seggie and Eggie (for Eglantine) should get me a child services referral, non? Nn Goosie (for Ghislaine) would really round out the pitiful trio nicely.]
