I think the spelling sort of depends on how you would pronounce the name. Do you prefer Jul-i-ah-na or Jul-i-an-na?
I personally prefer Jul-i-ah-na. (Juliana). I think it's beautiful. I would tend to pronounce Julianna as Jul-i-an-na.
