Adrienne over Nikki! But I love Nicole as full name for Nikki and I prefer Nikki spelled Nicky. =]

I prefer Adrienne unless Nikki is an occasional pet name for Nicola, in which case I prefer Nicola.

I love Adrienne, especially with the nickname Ady (A-D). Like Cora said... It's too 90's and nicknamey. I think Adrienne ages well!

Adrienne!Adrienne is a very pretty name that will age well. Nikki is a nickname that, in my opinion, sounds absurd on anyone over the age of seventeen.
