[Opinions] Tae
My brother's girlfriend's sister (!) just has a baby boy and called him Tae Alexander. Tae isnt short for anything. Apparently they thought he was going to be a girl and had Tamara Rae picked out. When he came out male they just shortened Tamara Rae to Tae.
WDYT?
Personally i would have preferred Ty, or Taylor with Tay as a nn.
Other babies in this family - Ashley (m), Bayden (m) and Samara (f).
Edited for typo.

It's like Tae Diggs! I love Tae Diggs. I kind of like the name Tae. It's short and sweet.
I'm not a fan, though I have heard much worse. Alexander is always a favourite of mine. Ray Alexander or Ty Alexander would have been much better, I think. In any case, though, I like it better than Tamara Rae, which seems very 80's to me.
Ashley on a boy is wonderful! Bayden sounds like a fishing utensil. Samara is okay. But Samara and Tamara in the same family? Ick!

not bad; but to be honest the first association I have is Tay-Sachs disease...
I have a friend called Tae Hoon. He is Korean.
I suppose it is an ok name, I;m not that fond of the sound myself.

Pronunciation
My friend pronounces it TIE. Sorry I couldn't edit, I was on a computer in the library and forgot to sign in.

I don't care for it at all. It's so insubstantial plus I just don't like the way it sounds.
