As i was growing up i always had a good friend called Mercy Bishop anyway the name Mercy has sort of stuck to me know and im gradually beginning to like it. WDYT?

I like it, but as a middle name. I find it too weighty as a first name, and I think it puts too much pressure on a kid.

Personally...

I simply loathe all the names that fall into a similar category as Mercy - Hope, Grace, Faith, as well as most word names and the like.

Yes!

My favorite combos are Mercy Nightingale and Mercy Evangeline. I would absolutely undoubtedly for sure use this on my fourth daughter (*LOL* - I have to use Summer on #3 - but the truth is, we're done anyway).

I don't really like it. It's NMS. I prefer Hope, Grace, Faith, etc.
