Milo is my all time favorite boy's name, and I have the same problem as you!
My boyfriend and I both really love the name Nathaniel.
There are some short quirky names I also like such as Dmitri and Felix, but I'm not sure.
I don't think Milo can be short for anything, perhaps give him a longer middlename, and if you have any others give them shorter middle names?
My personal Milo favorite is Milo Frederick.
But from your list I think Milo Ignatius would be a great name!
