I just used the name Adelight over on the game board and I really like the sound of it. I believe it's supposed to mean "a delight". I really like how it is sort of a combination of Delight and Adelaide / Adeline.

So what do you all think? Is it too made-up sounding?

I love Delight and Adelaide, but with this, all I hear is "Ad light"--which must either be advertising with half the calories or a neon beer sign!

...Oh, and it sounds like acolyte to me, too. I'm afraid it just doesn't quite make it for me, lol.

Sorry, but this name would soo get a kid beat up/picked on.
I prefer Adeline. or Adelaide. Or even simply Ada.
