Zeljko is heard "ZHEL-koh". The letter "j" is just to mark that the consonant "L" is soft. However, english "L" seems to be soft anyway and no correction is necessary. The initial "ZH" is like "S" in pleasure and measure.

My best educated guess would be zhel-EE-koh based on the pronunciation of the full name, Zelimir.
