I saw that episode, too (and I don't usually watch that show) but that name caught my eye. The only reason I recognized it is because I had on the closed captioning. I always thought Iphigenia--which I've seen here at this site--was if-fih-JEEN-yah. LOL! The real prn. is much more interesting, but not nec. something I'd use. BTW, the bearer of this mn didn't seem too pleased with that fact. :b
Edited: Just looked at the comments for this name, and I'd totally forgotten about "Mrs. Doubtfire". But I don't think I ever knew how "she" spelled it, though. LOL. And the character on "
Grey's Anatomy" with the mn was
Callie. Not sure if that's a nn or not.
