I suspect that "Keavy" is a form of "Keeva", which is the anglicized form of the Gaelic name "Caoimhe". "Caoimhe" is pronounced "kee-va", and it is a word in the Irish Gaelic language which means: "gentleness", "loveliness", or "grace".
