I'm torn. I dislike cutesy twin-themed names like this. But I'm addicted to making suggestions. Oh well . . .

Bottom line: Anything but Jacqueline / Jacobina / Jamesina / Jamesetta. Those are the feminine forms of James (= Jacob / Jacques) which would be creepy for siblings.
