I found it spelled Myrrhine, and I don't know about the pronunciation but it seems like it'd be something in between "marine" and meer-EEN, in my English anyway. I don't think it's too far out there, but it is very unusual.
The Mhy- part of Mhyrine is way too trendy looking: I've seen a lot of gratuitous unpronounced Hs in baby name announcements lately. I dislike it.
Myrhine maybe could work; the word "myrrh" in it is less striking (although I kind of like it, and it looks more correct and authentic to me with two Rs).
