I'm so glad you said "middle name"!I think you can get away with just about anything in the middle name spot, because the child doesn't have to use it or admit to it if it's something that doesn't appeal to their tastes.Baskerville is a pretty loaded name though, given its place in classic literature. I'd see it as sitting better as a third name. John Michael Baskerville Surname or something like that (John and Michael pulled out of thin air).
