Stella is lovely. I'm not crazy about Doreen, though. Perhaps that's a family name, like Aaron.

Liam and Stella make a very classy sibling set. Congratulations to Ms Spelling and her family.

Doreen is a family name

Just found this article. It says that Doreen honors her husband's late mother.
