I love Arthur! I live in the UK and, as you say, it's more common and acceptable to use here. Just love it!
Delilah is okay, but not as nice as Arthur and Henry.
Otto and Pearl are not my style, they both seem old and Otto reminds me of the druggie bus driver from The Simpsons
