It sounds like the name of a malevolent royal advisor clad in black robes, who in a twist of events that shocks no-one, is revealed to be the villain. And that's why I like it. Sepp is ugly, but Septimus Theon, Septimus Theron, Septimus Virgil and Septimus Wolfgang are delightful.
