It's pretty. My first attempt would be to say it like Rose-Elaine. It could be anything though. Even Rahz-uh-lie-nuh.
Elaine is more appealing on paper than Ellen, however I think I'd rather meet an Ellen IRL.
My favorite invented Rose names are Rosemarina / Rosemarine, Roseamy (Rose-Amy ... it's better hyphenated), and Roseve.
