[Opinions] Oh Miss Memphis

Roderick is a very strong name in my ear. Great meaning, great history. But also pretty loaded, if you'll forgive me. I definitely prefer the nn Rod, not Rick, but know that Hot Rod is right down the road and comin fast, when little Rod grows up. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing.
I have never known a child named Roderick / Rod; the two I've known were both grown men. They were both rather prone to posturing. One might say they were cocky. Each one a man's man, of a surety.
How about...
Roderick Kent
Roderick James
Roderick Alexander
Roderick Dante
Roderick Lawrence
Roderick Fox
Roderick Wade
Roderick Octavius
Roderick Duncan
