It's sort of cool, but it seems too much like a surname to me. Probably because of Somerset. Come to think of it, I'd actually like Somerset a lot more than Somerled.

Lol, sorry, I can't read Somerset without hearing it in the regional accent (think Hagrid in the Harry Potter films).

Hahaha, I guess I didn't think of that, since that problem doesn't really arise much in the US.
