Anyway, I like Dexter. I think it's a slightly nerdy name, but I like nerds and don't think that's a bad thing. There's also a fairly popular show centered around a character named Dexter, called, I believe. Dexter.
I would not use it because it isn't really my style, and I know my siblings would make Dexter's Lab references all the time, made worse by the fact that I'm a scientist. All in all, I would say it is definitely usable.
