[Opinions] Re: Quatermain
Allan Quatermain. Bad 80's Richard Chamberlain movies.

Have you seen the movie from 2003ish? With Sean Connery? Not bad. ;)

You know, I didn't, and I can't remember why I was turned off it so much. I remember seeing a trailer in the theatre and deciding I was definitely not interested in it. I think I just thought it looked like a bad film. Is that how you were introduced to the name? Connery is not my thing, but I could see how it might change my feelings about the name if he were. lol

Haha, indeed. Yes, that was how I was first introduced to the name. I've never read the Victorian stories or the graphic novel.

They were an adaptation of Victorian short stories.

I know.Doesn't change the image; if anything it makes it weirder because the stories seem so un-PC now.
