Loretta is a great name! It goes great with Matilda and Rosemary, I think. As for nicknames, how about Lora?

I don't mind Lora but since its already its own name it doesn't feel as nicknamey for me, I wouldn't want people thinking I named her Lora (make sense?).
Am I being paranoid thinking that Rosemary would feel left out cause the other names "match" more?

Not at all. See, I don't feel that Rosemary doesn't match with Loretta. I can imagine two little sisters named Loretta and Rosemary. I think they could be complements.
