I'd be delighted to meet one and be very curious about it as a name, but that "sewer + yna" is not a winning combo (to my English eyes). It would constantly be mispronounced like....well, like "sewer-ina". Or like "sower-ina" which isn't that pretty either.... If Bogdana makes people think of toilets, there's no hope for poor Seweryna.
