You might want to mention in this entry that the name contains the Georgian prefix სა (sa)-, which is used to indicate the location of something. As a result, Sakartvelo literally means "where Georgians dwell" or rather: "where Kartvelians dwell". This prefix is also present in the Georgian name for some other countries, such as France. That is known as საფრანგეთი (Saprangeti) and thus means "where Franks dwell".
