Several good resturants.....and that's pretty much it. :-) Its nice, though, that the old Sears/Hechingers building has been replaced.

All over Northwest, and then around the rest when I feel like getting out. I don't recall the Sears building off the top of my head... but then again, my memory for picturing places is on the far side of awful. (Except in the case of the truely hideous. I'm thinking FBI building here.)

Can't afford DC
So I'm in MD. Old Town Gaithersburg. I grew up within three blocks of Tenley Town, though. ANd I work near there.
I actually prefer Maryland, though. You don't have the protests, or the traffic from the protests.

Yeah, I spend a lot of time in Northern VA (used to live in McLean and then Lorton.) Far more peaceful, but in Lorton you used to get the prison siren and a few rednecks.
PS: I sometimes find the protests amusing. Especially the LaRouchies. Only when I'm not in a hurry, though.
