The new Charlotte's Web movie was horrible (unless they made something other than Charlotte's Web 2?) and, well, a travesty, in my mind. However, Fern is one of those fantastic names that's never had a surge in popularity and feels relatively unloved.
I like it a LOT--as either a first or a middle name. It's so green and it reminds me of Fern from Arthur. :) She and Prunella are my favourite characters.
