Help[Opinions] Kohl

a friend of mine just had a baby boy. they named him Kohlton, Kohl for short.
I like the name Kohl but I am not personally crazy about Kohlton. They wanted a more formal first name and then a nn for it. So that's thier pick.
I've read some of your replies and I'd have to agree, it's not the nicest name or spelling. Especially with the reference to the store. But to each thier own I guess. It personally reminds me of coal...for my coal burning stove in the winter. Thought I'd throw it out there for those who might like the name.
