Well, I like it, obviously. If I had the guts to legally change my name, I'd be Adelle Sophia in a heartbeat (my real name is Jennifer. BLECH.)
I think it's fine with a D surname and as a FN or a MN. I was originally drawn to it because it's feminine but not fussy, spunky and strong, and yes, classy. I like the French Adele, also, and I think Adela is pretty, too, but for me, it's just plain Adelle. :D
+ I picked Adelle over Adele personally because I think that with the wide base of the A and the d, the single l just doesn't hold up. The double L looks more balanced to me. Probably dumb haha.
