It just struck me we're actually talking about a "quesadilla" here! Up to this point I kept thinking of the original as being pronounced "kay-SID-i-a", which sounds like something you get from drinking the water in Ciudad Acuna (the butt-ugly shooting locale of the movie "Desperado").

Since the prounciation is like "quesadilla", perhaps a nice Mexi-Sexi name for the next child would be "quesadiclap".
