His name should have been Hung-Chang, or something like that, what a joke. I don't recall names ever having to only belong to certain ethnicities.
Jerome by the way, is a great name that could fit anyone. I adore various names such as Alexei(Russian), Etienne(French) as well as others. In my opinion, I would rather name my children a wide variety of different names outside my ethnicity then use the same rehashed names(Michael, Joshua,I could name others, but I would fall asleep) as well as others. Cinnamon sounds strange to me, but as long as that person named "Cinnamon" feels comfortable about their name then good for that individual.
