Makes me think of a dog. I was hoping you were asking for a dog's name.
I couldn't take a Coco seriously, or the parent's of a Coco. As a nn, I might like it, especially if it fits the personality. But as a full name? I'd feel bad for the poor child, and then probably laugh at the parents, wondering what they were thinking.
