I pronounce it MEG-an but with my accent it does sound like MAY-gen which is why I like Maegan for a time. MIG-gen sounds like another waay you might hear it in my area, (North Carolina). MEG-en is definitely correct.

I say Megan and Meghan the same but say MEE-gin for Meagan.
