I don't like it at all, and I'd say LYE-lah. LEE-lah is Lela or Leela for me. Additionally, I say Leila as LAY-lah and Laila as lah-EE-lah. And I like all those names MUCH more than Lilah.
Lilah would be improved slightly if it didn't have that stupidly superfluous H. (I am, as you may know, rather anti-H.)
