I've recently come across this in a talk show. Sabatina James was a guest. It's not her real name. She had to change it because she needs to hide from her family who threatened to kill her.
She pronounces the name zah-bah-TEE-nah which I think is really pretty. As it's tied to her sad story, I don't think I'd use it but I like it. WDYT?
