She is a hoot and a half! Maybe I love the name just because of her, but I think Carolann sounds (and looks) way better than Carol-Ann. With the latter, it makes me stop in the middle, so it's an awkwardly stilted "Carol...Ann."

Haha, yeah I keep going back and forth between thinking Carolann looks good, and looks weird. You make a good point...I didn't really think about the pause that is sort of implied with Carol-Ann. It sounds too much like two sepratate names which I don't want. Thanks :)
