Ammon is cool! That's very handsome. I'd be likely to pronounce Amon to rhyme with Damon.Eamon has always just sounded like semen to me, though if it weren't for that I could see the appeal.

Sorry to butt in, but Eamon / Eamonn is a favorite of mine and I wanted to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding. It's pronounced, "AY-mun," not "EE-mun." So it doesn't rhyme with semen. You're free to still dislike it, of course.

Really? I had no idea. I've never actually looked up the pronunciation because it looked so intuitive. Go figure. Well all right then. So Eamon rhymes with Damon? Geez, I gotta be on the lookout for those Irish tricksters.
