I love Esyllt, but the extreme likelihood of mispronunciation outside Wales would stop me from actually using it on a child.
Isolde and Isolda look lovely, but I can't get round the fact that however I say them, they sound like 'is old' & 'is older'. Or 'is sold' and 'is solder'. Or possibly Isildur :)
Eseld could grow on me.
