Janelle missing the J. It's rather annoying, sorry. And I don't think it sounds that well with surname
Russell -- they both end in teh same sound. I wish I could be more positive. :-/ I could perhaps see Anella as a nn for something like
Antonella -- something with substance. I get that you don't want a name that every other kid on the block has. But I think you're going too far in the other direction: an alphabet soup name.
What you need is a classic that is known, but not overly used. How about:
