Texas isn't very unusual here actually ... I think it started when a Swedish celeb named her son Texas in 2004. It's her we have to blame for people here using Kid as well, that's her older son. She also has a Lennon, which has inspired some use of that. Her daughter's name, Sindy, hasn't caught on, though.

I can't believe I know this, but her son is called Lennox, not Lennon. :)

Gah, I knew that too, really! But I couldn't remember his name at all when I wrote that, so I googled it and the first site I saw said Lennon. :( Lennox has caught on too, even more than Lennon actually, so it doesn't really matter. :P
