[Opinions] Re: Eglė and Giedrė
I like both of them - I love Lithuanian names. I met a Dovilė a while back, which sounded very pretty when she said it. I think there might be regional variations in the pronunciations; these examples vary, but the last syllable has something between an ee and an ay sound, to my ears anyway.

http://www.forvo.com/search/giedre/The Boden catalogue is a top source of names. The winter one had an Inguna, which is apparently Latvian & fascinated me.:)

Ooh, Dovilė is really pretty!Inguna was in this catalogue too! I also thought it was interesting, but didn't really like it because it makes me think too much of iguanas! I was disappointed in the kids' names in the Mini Boden catalogue. They were pretty stereotypically British. Will have to check on the forvo links again later, for some reason my computer doesn't want to listen to them right now. :)
