I prefer just Christina with no nickname. Stina looks and sounds incomplete. How it can seem incomplete when Tina is a letter shorter, I don't know, and Tina doesn't even seem like a nn to me.
Justina is okay too, but Justine is better. Modestine sounds like a feminine hygiene product.
