Here is one I don't recall ever seeing discussed here. I do love it. I'm probably in the minority, but it's so rugged and masculine to me. Swoon. And there's the possibility of Abe (senza "-ham").
I don't even think I could relegate it to the middle name spot. It has to be prominently featured.
