I like the name Una and Oona, as well. I am back and forth on which I prefer more. Una seems more dignified and dusty brown, while Oona seems more spirited and bright white. It needs a long middle name, preferably at least nine letters for me to feel like it is a balanced combo.
Another thing, my last name is Homayouni (the last two syllables are the same as "Uni"), so Una Homayouni, if used, would be fun and distinctive if a little non-serious. I also like Henry Homayouni, which gives me the same zaniness factor, but not quite as much as Una.
