I've got a poll going if you'd rather not actually have discussion:

My husband apparently hates
Mordecai and will almost definitely never let me use it as a first name, so I moved it to a middle name slot. But this gives me a chance to make a combo with
Zia /
Ziya, hooray.
So I made a bunch of combos and came down to two,
Ziya Edward Silver and
Ziya Harold Silver.
Edward is a name I like and that has been used a few times in both my and DH's family but not like, close relatives, so I wouldn't consider it honoring.
Harold was my grandfather's name and I've been kind of thinking about it just in general for a couple months anyway. And my grandfather was a good guy and I'd have no problem honoring him but I don't really have any intention of honoring anyone else.
Knowing this, which combo would you choose?
And would you spell it
Ziya or
Zia? I tended to use
Zia as a middle name and
Ziya as a first but I'm open to opinions.
